Julia Paulsen is the Director of eCom Nordics at Elkjøp and pushing the Coaching Leadership further with digital and eCom experience from finance, telecom and retail sector. She has learned her best ecommerce practices from the time as a Brand Manager bringing Zalando into Nordics. She has kept her motto from those days "what you can't measure doesn't exist" and lives by this by continuously testing, basing decisions on data, not assumptions, and always focusing on the customer.
