Henny graduated with a degree in Marco Economics and since then has undertaken several roles as Head of Planning / Strategy, before her current role as Head of Customer Intelligence, Customer Experience and Care at MediaMarktSaturn. Through her role she leads global customer research and develops the global marketing strategy, definition of binding KPI’s and targets for MediaMarktSaturn. Henny is responsible for capturing and reporting groupwide customer satisfaction (transactional NPS, omnichannel environment) and CX optimisation, together with operational and process excellence across all touchpoints.
